Here are a few of SFCR consulting projects that we have worked on:
Starting a food safety program and moving towards HACCP certification can be challenging. That is exactly why our client, Wingreen International Trading entrusted us to assist them with HACCP certification and recertification.
We built food safety programs, procedures and forms that cater to their processes and needs. With continuous training and guidance, they are able to pass their initial certifications and renew their HACCP certificate.
Our client, John make premium hand-roasted barley tea from barley harvested from his own farm in Alberta. His barley tea is lightly roasted in a commissary in Burnaby, British Columbia.
SFPM Consulting work with John on food business requirements, business license applications and provide food safety training. This is to ensure John understand the importance and fundamental of food safety program in-place.
We work with John, to continuously support his tea business to ensure continuity in the food safety program implementation. We love to support food businesses, email us at info (at)sfpmfoodconsulting.com.
