This FSPCA-developed course is the “standardized curriculum” recognized by FDA, and successfully completing it is one way to meet the requirements for a “preventive controls qualified individual.” Version 2.0 of the PCHF curriculum integrates important updates from FDA guidance documents, including the hazard analysis course chapter and updates to the allergen chapter.
Who should take this course?
This course is ideal for those responsible for performing or overseeing the preparation of a food safety plan to meet US regulations for human foods and for those preparing for SQF Ed. 10 requirements. We will include an assessment to ensure that the upcoming changes are incorporated for you.
