The SQF Ed.10 is now looking for a food safety culture assessment plan. Here is the actual code requirements.

A food safety culture assessment plan to drive continuous improvement shall be documented, implemented, and maintained.

This plan shall address at a minimum:

  1. Effective communication strategies to ensure all personnel are informed and engaged in food safety practices;
  2. Comprehensive training programs for all personnel including site management;
  3. Mechanism to collect and address feedback from all personnel regarding food safety practices; and
  4. Regular measurement and evaluation of food safety-related activities.
